You would probably better recognize Bobby behind the wheel of a race car. That's because the president of Breaking Limits also happens to be the 2000 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion and currently drives the No. 47 Toyota for JTG Daugherty Racing in NASCAR's most premier series. What you might not know is that he is also a pretty smart business guy. He created Breaking Limits in 2007 as part of Bobby Labonte Enterprises to bring the best resources in marketing and public relations under one roof. He's a champion, so he expects the best. And he makes sure Breaking Limits clients get the best - the best talent, strategy and effort for their needs.

You could call him Bobby's right-hand man. Mark is the financial executive that keeps Bobby Labonte Enterprises and its subsidiaries on strategy and moving forward. With more than 20 years experience at Fortune 200 companies, he brings the business savvy and financial leadership that a growing agency needs. A licensed certified public accountant in the state of North Carolina, Mark has worked with Bobby since 2006, managing all of his personal holdings and interests.

Jeff has been involved in sports marketing from just about every angle in his lengthy career. Working in environments ranging from a regional sports commission to agency to corporate (and back to agency), Jeff has led big-impact efforts for big-name clients across a wide range of major-league, college-level and Olympic sports. With a mind for strategy and an eye for detail, Jeff leads the day-to-day efforts of Breaking Limits. That includes working with existing clients and making sure that they are as happy as can be, industry relations and generating new business, and serving as "Brainstormer in Chief" of the Breaking Limits staff.

Jeff is a media and public relations veteran, having spent the past 10 years connecting countless clients with the right outlets to get their message delivered. He learned the ropes in a traditional, old-school PR world, and still applies those values in his work today. With the wheels in his mind always spinning, Jeff is constantly generating unique ideas to create news opportunities for clients. His media contacts are extensive - he has working relationships with nearly every national news outlet in print and broadcast media - and he is a trusted source for journalists and clients alike.

Lauren has had an event-filled career - literally. Her experience has seen her planning track hospitality programs, golf tournaments, dinners, festivals and even a movie premiere. And she's done it for clients small and large and everything in between. Lauren is involved with just about every event Breaking Limits manages, and has all the contacts and checklists to make sure they all go off without a hitch and with plenty of good memories for those in attendance.

Shari has seen public relations from almost every angle - as a television news producer, a PR/marketing director at a large corporation, and now giving clients the "boutique agency" treatment with Breaking Limits. A writer and self-labeled word nerd, Shari's crafted corporate videos, live newscasts, PR campaigns, crisis communication plans, magazine articles and pretty much anything else composed of letters and punctuation. She is also the resident social media guru, heading up all social media efforts for Breaking Limits clients.

Brookes has been around public relations, marketing and motorsports his entire career - and has a directory of strong contacts to show for it. Whether he's booking an athlete on a national TV show, coordinating a VIP appearance or promoting a special event, he's working in his client's best interest and always doing so with a smile (and most likely a comment to make you laugh). Brookes is also the agency's resident graphic designer and creates everything from client logos to the company Christmas card.

If Breaking Limits is putting on an event, Sydney is probably in the middle of it. She works with clients from initial planning to the day of the event, putting all the pieces in place to make sure it's a top-notch and memorable occasion - for both the guests and the client. Her experience includes almost every type of event marketing, from celebrity/athlete appearances to sweepstakes to festivals.

Kristine started her career as an intern with Breaking Limits and learned the ropes of the sports marketing field. She has since become a full-time member of the Breaking Limits team. Her experience includes event planning, social media, public relations, hospitality programs, festivals, at-track activation and sampling. Kristine is involved in the planning and execution of many events Breaking Limits manages. She is an organized individual who enjoys adding value for the client through bringing their marketing initiatives to a higher level.
