Event Management

Breaking Limits provides a proven depth of integrated services to support our clients’ event management needs. With more than 260 events planned, managed, and executed to date, we offer clients comprehensive experience to ensure their success.

We worked with Wisconsin-based Patrick Cudahy to promote its new “Official Bacon of the Green Bay Packers and Lambeau Field” partnership, which featured a new bacon-centric concession stand, the Patrick Cudahy Pack House. Events were held at home games throughout the season, driving robust sales and media coverage.

Most notably, Breaking Limits secured several earned segments for the Pack House on the first ESPN College GameDay show of the 2016-2017 season (Wisconsin vs. LSU at Lambeau Field). The segments featured Packers Executive Chef Heath Barbato cooking menu items from the Pack House and delivering them live to the hosts on-set.

Overall, the Breaking Limits team’s efforts resulted in earning more than 7.5 million impressions for Patrick Cudahy and the Pack House from top media outlets such as ESPN, Fox Sports, People, and USA Today.

Patrick Cudahy can now proudly call itself the #1 bacon in Wisconsin for the first time in more than 100 years.

Just one of our notable motorsports events included a multiple format setup (inclusive of a Chalet Tent, Corporate Suite and 53’ Motor Coach) for Sylvania, encompassing 400+ guests over three event days on behalf of Sylvania’s renowned Race Entitlement in Loudon, New Hampshire.

Breaking Limits also worked with Kretschmar Premium Meats & Cheeses and country music star Easton Corbin to hold nine backstage events in 2016 for local Make-A-Wish chapters across the country. The events were held in strategic markets for Kretschmar, including top media markets such as Tampa and St. Paul, during Corbin and Carrie Underwood’s “The Storyteller Tour.”

Representatives from the local Make-A-Wish chapter and a local Kretschmar retail partner, along with a Wish Kid, were invited to join Corbin backstage for a check presentation. Breaking Limits worked with each Make-A-Wish chapter and retailer to coordinate ticketing and backstage access, escorting guests throughout the evening to ensure a fun and memorable experience.

Kretschmar made a donation to Make-A-Wish, their official cause partner, at each concert. Breaking Limits worked with Corbin’s video production team to produce content for social media during each backstage presentation and distributed a national press release highlighting the donation afterward.

Overall, the Breaking Limits team’s efforts resulted in more than 181 million online and digital impressions for Kretschmar, and nearly 12 million impressions through social media outlets.
